Hautlence Vortex Bronze (2016)

This 2016 watch has the case in bronze, size 52 mm x 50 mm x 17.8 mm. Grade 5 titanium crown, automatic in-house (caliber HL2.0) powers the unique gear train of the half-trailing hours that are displayed by a 12-link chain (hinged on a pallet system), with an aperture that indicates the current hour in the lower left section on the dial. A retrograde minute, movement has 552 components, 92 jewels and is the subject of 3 Hautlence patents. Priced at 170,000CHF. Limited to 8 pieces.

HYT H3 Titanium and Platinum (2015)

HYT is known for using linear liquid indicator for the hours along a rotating cubic linear hour scale, along with a retrograde minute hand. The movement was developed in collaboration with APRP (Audemars Piguet, Renaud & Papi) The manual winding movement has a power reserve of 170 hours 62mm wide by 41mm in Titanium and Platinum. The see-through caseback allows for a glimpse of the movement, and the watch is water-resistant up to 30 meters. The silver brushed dial includes arched hour and minute scales, retrograde hands with polished bevels, a seconds disc, and a date display at 5 o’clock. Powered by an automatic Miyota 9015 movement with a module developed by Otsuka Lotec, it operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour, has a 40-hour power reserve, and contains 26 jewels.
