This watch is a faithful re-created on the Blancpain Tribute to Fifty Fathoms Mil-Spec, and it has a fully-functional humidity indicator at 6:00. In 2004 South African born explorer Mike Horn completed a two-year, 3-month solo circumnavigation of the Arctic Circle, and in 2006 along with Norwegian explorer Børge Ousland, became the first men to travel without dog or motorised transport to the North Pole during winter, in permanent darkness. Of course, a watch with a Quartz movement would simply freeze, he relied on his PAM92 to navigate in such extreme conditions.
