This artistic creation captures the essence of what makes a watch intriguing beyond its complications. With a 36mm case in 18k gold, the Gentissima Oursin “Flaming Orange” features a stunning fire opal dial that bursts with a vibrant orange hue. The gold case was first blasted with glasses media (not the traditional sand,as the sand blasting will result in a darker shade of gold and is not aesthetically pleasing). It’s encased under a sapphire crystal with a unique octagonal shape on the underside,in fact if you study closely, you will notice the case is actually also octagonal. Dial is orange carnelian.
Inside the watch is a high-precision automatic Zenith Elite movement, with an octagonal yellow gold rotor that was designed especially for this model by La Fabrique du Temps. Power reserve is 50 hrs.

In physics, resonance is a phenomenon in which a vibrating system or external force drives another system to oscillate with greater amplitude at specific frequencies. This watch takes advantage of this physics phenomenon and made two resonating balances to offer better stability of rate and higher precision; connected by the patented clutch spring. This unique piece places the emphasis on the watch’s most remarkable feature: the visible dual balances oscillating in resonance. The yellow gold plating and the special matt decoration finish are highlighting the vintage style of this timepiece. The dial offers two “Email Main Grand Feu” subdials for time displays: Roman numerals dominate the off-center subdial displaying hours and minutes in black with steel hands, while a classic railroad track marks the exact minutes. The smaller subdial at 7 o’clock displays seconds using only a baton-shaped hand and a simple track. The Armin Strom Mirrored Force was released in 2016, this year the Pure Resonance takes on a more simple approach by reducing a seconds counter. 42mm in Stainless steel. Manual winding movement; caliber ARF16 with 48-hour power reserve. Limited to 1pc. Priced at 62,000.00CHF
