The watch features an ‘Invisible Structural Setting’, a stone-setting technique patented by Graff. 18k rose gold 46 mm case; fitted 423 specially-cut diamonds, 20.52 carats each, and 13 emeralds with a distinct design featuring Graff’s Invisible Mosaic diamond setting. Hand winding movement; Graff Calibre 6, 60 hours Power Reserve.

Features a manual winding one minute Tourbillon. The case is made in 18k white gold; and completely covered in diamond. 260ct 330 diamonds if you must know how many. Unique piece. Price : if you need to ask; you probably can’t afford it. (But I have heard it’s some where north of 7,000,000.00 USD)
