This watch features a manually wound AK-03 movement, as the name suggested; the watch is a Tourbillon, a jumping hour and a chiming watch. Between 12 and 6, the chiming mechanism, jumping hour mechanism and the tourbillon are stacked on top of each other. hand-engraved inscriptions, and 56 inwards polished angles that is polished by hand; not machine! 18k white gold case in 47mm, contains 233 saphirs of over 24 ct in total, in rare blue royal, baguette-cut, invisible mounting, with three solitary trillion saphirs floating on the dial, beside the three tourbillons. Skeletonized movement, manual winding with a flying tourbillon. Ten bridges extended from the center serve as hour indexes. The bridges are coated with green luminescent material made from Superluminovaâ and ITR2â. Case construction is unique; sapphire case band; the bezel and back is done with titanium coated with black DLC‘sandwich’ construction while middle part made of sapphire with green ITR2 and Superluminova cylinders, all this in 44mm. The watch use magnetic fields to move the steel balls contained in each of the side sapphire crystal tubes up and down to indicate the hours and minutes! The new movement is the caliber FLY11. It uses a sophisticated titanium curved base plate and contains a flying tourbillon. The tourbillon is angled at 30 degree and is mounted on double ceramic bearings. Most of this watch uses titanium – especially the movement. But the current versions of the X-TREM-1 watch have titanium mixed with a precious metal. The X-TREM-1 case is 40.80mm wide by 56.80mm.
