The Swiss luxury brand, Corum, was founded in 1955
Founder René Bannwart, together with his uncle Gaston Ries and niece Simone Ries, established the brand in La Chaux-de-Fonds, a significant watchmaking center that is home to some of the most famous watchmaking manufacturers, including Corum.
Introduced in 1980, the Golden Bridge is Corum’s flagship complication model and remains a benchmark with its unique baguette movement.
The Golden Bridge collection is a testament to showing the beautiful coexistence of mechanics and art. It is also regarded as an avant-garde watch thanks to its movement placed in the centre of a transparent sapphire crystal case.
