Rexhep Rexhepi is one of the most talented watchmaker; also the founder of AkriviA . The Chronometre Contemporain is a three hand time only watch which is inspired by the classic 1940s officers watches design. Case is made in 18k pink gold or platinum 950PT in 38mm. White or black Grand Feu enamel dial, poli berce gold hands. RR01 hand-wound Caliber, chronometer precision and it incorporates a hacking second and zero-reset mechanism (something Lange owners are familiar with). Badollet was founded by Jean Badollet in 1655 and went on to operate until 1924. The closure in 1924 was due to the outbreak of World War I. Years later, the brand was revived by a descendant of the Badollet family. This watch, the Badollet Ivresse tourbillon was introduced in 2012. The watch has a very interesting curve, the movement is curved. Case is in PT950 platinum. At the time, the CEO was Philippe Dubois, the designer of this watch was my good friend Eric Giroud. The watch maker that was in charge of the movement was none other than David Candaux. Only 50pcs was made and in 2012, Priced at 200,000CHF

The watch use magnetic fields to move the steel balls contained in each of the side sapphire crystal tubes up and down to indicate the hours and minutes! The new movement is the caliber FLY11. It uses a sophisticated titanium curved base plate and contains a flying tourbillon. The tourbillon is angled at 30 degree and is mounted on double ceramic bearings. Most of this watch uses titanium – especially the movement. But the current versions of the X-TREM-1 watch have titanium mixed with a precious metal. The X-TREM-1 case is 40.80mm wide by 56.80mm.
