Case is 28mm width x 28mm length, 18k gold, diamond and sapphire-set, octagonal. Dial is doré, diamond and sapphire-set. Movement is manual. With: 18k gold and diamond-set Patek Philippe bracelet, approximate wrist size 165mm, Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, leather holder, presentation box and outer packaging. Remark: Rare, set with 18 baguette-cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.77 carats, and set with 116 diamonds totalling approximately 1.5 carats, circa 1988. Estimate HKD 160,000 – HKD 320,000.
