The Universal Tourbillon combines the traditional tourbillon rotation at once per minute but also with an orbital rotation around the dial once per day. And thru this rotation, the watch is able to display all 24 time zones, the setting is done via the crown at first position to set the universal time and minute, the 2nd position to adjust the timezones.
