Case is 38mm with a thickness of 8.35mm and 43.35mm lug-to-lug, polished stainless steel with the signature double-stepped bezel, sapphire crystal front and caseback, water resistant to 30m. Dial is sunray-brushed salmon – a first for the Villeret collection in steel – with darkened 18k white gold leaf-shaped hands carrying a thin line of Super-LumiNova, resized solid gold Roman numerals with satin-finished surfaces and polished bevels, the JB monogram of Jehan-Jacques Blancpain replacing the traditional XII, date window at 3 o’clock, paired with a grey nubuck alligator strap on a tool-free interchangeable system with folding clasp. Movement is the in-house calibre 1150, automatic, 210 components, silicon hairspring, new yellow gold openworked rotor, polished bevels and Geneva stripes, 21,600vph. Power reserve is 100hrs.
