Case is 41.6mm with a thickness of 12.6mm, polished 18k white gold with vertical gadroon decoration on the caseband – inspired by classical columns, and in a chiming watch functional as well, helping project and control the sound – glassbox sapphire crystal with AR coating, sapphire caseback, minute repeater slide on the left, crown with blue sapphire insert, water resistant to 10m. Dial is hand-hammered 18k white gold in Morning Blue with no hour indices, the serpentine gongs and exposed hammers visible around the periphery beneath the crystal – the gongs made by James Aubert Le Brassus SA and inspired by an early 19th-century Perrin Frères pocket watch from the Sandoz Collection that Michel Parmigiani restored in 2000 – white gold hands, paired with an Akoya Grey hand-stitched alligator strap and white gold pin buckle. Movement is the in-house calibre PF950, hand-wound, 456 components, minute repeater with four gongs producing distinct notes – one for hours, one for minutes, two for the quarters – flying 60-second tourbillon and power reserve indicator positioned on the caseback, double barrels separating timekeeping and striking energy, mezzo vibrato engraving on the bridges by Atelier Blandenier in Geneva, hand-bevelled and hand-grained throughout, 21,600vph. Power reserve is 10 days minimum. Limited to 5pcs. Priced at CHF490,000
