Founded in 1853 by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Émile Tissot in Le Locle, Switzerland, Tissot is a renowned Swiss watch brand with a rich history of innovation and craftsmanship. The brand is well known for introducing the first mass-produced pocket watch and the first anti-magnetic watch in the early 20th century.

In 1930, Tissot merged with Omega, and both brands now operate under the Swatch Group.
